Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the participation in webinars (hereinafter: webinar) and thematic courses (hereinafter: course) organised by Dogdom International Limited (hereinafter: organiser) within the framework of the “Cynology for Everyone” event series.
This contract applies to all organised webinars and courses individually and equally. If the terms and conditions of the webinar or the course differ due to their different nature, the differences will be highlighted separately in this contract.
This contract – which the user of the service is familiarised with and accepted prior to registration – enters into force at the same time as registration for the webinar or course.

2. Attributes of the webinar or course
The data sheet of the webinar and the course contains its date, start time, the speaker, title, the content of the webinar or presentation, the gross amount of the registration fee, the registration closing date, as well as other information related to the event.
3. Registration
Registration is completed by purchasing access during the registration period, which can only be done by bank card payment in the site’s webshop. The organiser cannot provide a separate registration and payment method.
One registration for one presentation can be completed with one transaction.
After successful payment, the organiser will confirm the fact of successful registration in an automatically sent e-mail along with information about the conduct of the webinar or course.
The organiser issues an invoice for the purchase based on the data provided by the participant and sends it in a separate e-mail in pdf format.
The participant assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided for invoicing.
If the person participating in the webinar or course differs from the person completing the registration, the participant must notify the organiser with the correct name and e-mail address by e-mail before the registration is closed.
If the participant fails to do so, the organiser assumes no responsibility for the resulting damages.
4. Conducting the webinar or course
The lecture and the course will be conducted online using the Zoom system.
The organiser will send the web link for entry, and all necessary information to the participant by e-mail after the registration is closed.
Each participant has a unique entry link, which one person can enter from one device.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that this entry link does not reach unauthorised persons.
The webinar and course presentation will not be handed over.
The recorded material of the webinar can be accessed for 30 calendar days for the registered participants.
In the case of the course, the time provided for the access of the recorded material may differ, the length of this is included in the course data sheet.
The organiser will send the data and instructions necessary to access the recorded material of the webinar and course to the participant after the webinar or course.
5. Ensuring the technical background of the webinar or the course and procedure in case of technical malfunctions
The organiser is responsible for ensuring the technical background of the webinar or the course and its smooth operation.
If the Zoom system does not allow the webinar or the course to be held for technical reasons, or if a technical problem occurs on the part of the organiser, as a result of which the webinar or the course cannot be held, section 7 of this contract shall be applied.
If the link sent for entering does not work, the organiser will take immediate action after the participant’s notification. The organiser takes care of banning previously sent access data and generates a new access link sent to the participant.
It is the participant’s duty to ensure that the device used to participate in the webinar or the course is at an appropriate technical level, including the availability of a copy of the Zoom program with the current version number, the device, including the web browser used, is suitable for playing the audio-visual content in an applicable quality, and also ensures that adequate internet bandwidth is available during the webinar or the course.
If the participant does not meet or fails to meet the technical requirements, the organiser does not bear responsibility for any resulting damages, including the failure to participate in the webinar or course in whole or in part.
The organiser bears no responsibility in the event that the participant’s Internet service provider provides an inadequate level and quality of Internet service during the webinar or course.
In the event of partial or total failure of participation in the webinar or course, the organiser will investigate the nature of the error and the person responsible based on the structure and characteristics of the technical infrastructure. The main focus of the investigation is whether the error affects a given participant uniquely or all the participants as a whole.
If a technical error occurs only in the case of an individual participant, it cannot be considered a technical failure of the organiser, and therefore organiser cannot be held responsible for it.
6. Right of termination
The participant can cancel their successful registration up to the 14th day after registration but no later than the start of the webinar or course.
If the participant is unable to attend the webinar or course for any reason, they are not entitled to a refund.
7. Failure of a webinar or course
If the webinar or course is cancelled due to the illness of the speaker, a technical error attributable to the organiser, or other reasons, the organiser is obliged to inform all participants of this fact immediately.
In the notification, the organiser is obliged to provide information that the webinar or course will be permanently cancelled or held at a later date.
In the case of a webinar or course held at a later date, the organiser has the right to announce the new date to the participants later.
If the organiser permanently cancels the webinar or course, he will refund the paid registration fee of the webinar or course to the participants at the same time but within three working days at the latest.
If the organiser holds the webinar at a later date, when announcing the new date, the participant decides whether to participate in the lecture or request a refund of the paid registration fee. The participant informs the organiser of their decision by e-mail.
In the case of a course, given its nature, the organiser reserves the right to assign a new date, which the participant accepts and does not claim a refund of all or part of the registration fee.
In the case of a failed webinar or course, the organiser is only liable up to the amount of the registration fee. The organiser cannot be obliged to fulfil any further claims.
8. Copyright
The entire material of the webinar or the course is the property of the speaker under the protection of copyright law.
During the entire webinar or course, recording even a part of the video and audio of the video and the course is forbidden.
In case of this violation, the organiser will initiate legal action immediately and reserves the right to exclude the participant from further webinars and courses.
9. Disclaimer
The participant acknowledges that the presentation of the webinar or the course may also be a pre-recorded playback. In this situation, the speaker will personally join the Q&A session.
The participant acknowledges that the webinar and the course are always based on the professional opinion of the speaker and may contain views and information that are the subject of scientific debate in which there is no consensus. The organiser bears no responsibility for the information and speaker’s opinion during the webinar and the course.
